If you've been reluctant to check out Final Fantasy XI because a credit card was required for registration, then it might be time to give the game another look. Square Enix has announced a new 14-day trial program for their flagship MMORPG, and the only requirements are a valid email address and age verification -- meaning your Visa card can sit this one out. Once the trial period is up, players will have 90 days to activate a paid account to preserve their character's progress.

The PS3 and Xbox 360 version of Dynasty Warriors 6 has been out for quite a while now, but gamers who were looking forward to the PC or PlayStation 2 versions hitting retail on November 18 can now get a small taste of what to expect with a PC demo.
